At I Am Joy Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
